    📌 AIMD Bazaar – General Store Policies

    1. No Stock Policy – AIMD Bazaar does not keep ready stock. Every order is purchased against customer request and then supplied.

    2. Delivery Method – AIMD Bazaar does not deliver directly across India. Orders are fulfilled and delivered through the nearest authorized shop, partner, or vendor.

    3. Pricing & Exchange – The prices shown are final selling prices without exchange/return adjustments. In certain product categories (e.g., batteries), if you return an old product, its value (based on size, weight, or condition) will be adjusted and deducted from the total.

    4. Delivery & Service Charges – For smaller orders (below a certain value, e.g. ₹5000), local delivery & service/fitting charges may apply. For higher orders, delivery will follow standard partner/vendor terms.

    5. Order Confirmation – After receiving your order, AIMD Bazaar will contact you for confirmation. The final price, offers, and terms & conditions applicable at that time will be shared during confirmation.

Refund Policy

  • Electronics (battery, UPS, solar): 7-day replacement warranty (if manufacturing defect).

  • Properties: Non-refundable service fees.

  • Other products: Seller/condition wise.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

🔹 Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

  • Customized, perishable, or special orders cannot be cancelled.

🔹 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    1. Wrong product delivered.

    2. Manufacturing defect found.

    3. Product received in damaged condition (unboxing video mandatory).

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Return pickup will be arranged subject to service availability in the customer’s location.

🔹 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed if the wrong size/model/color is delivered.

  • Exchange will only be provided for the same product category (e.g., Battery for Battery, UPS for UPS).

  • Properties and Service categories are not eligible for exchange or return.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Product must be in original packaging with bill & tags intact.

  • Opened, used, or tampered products will not be accepted for return/exchange.

  • Refund or exchange will be processed only after seller verification & approval.
