All fruits are delivered fresh and carefully selected.
Minor weight variation (±5%) may occur due to natural reasons (cleaning, trimming, water content).
No Return / No Refund
Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed and delivered.
Exchange / Replacement
If you receive damaged, spoiled, or wrong items, please report within 2 hours of delivery.
Valid proof (photo/video) is required for verification.
Upon approval, we will provide a replacement in the next delivery or adjust it in your next order.

Customers are requested to check fruits at the time of delivery.
After acceptance, no claims will be entertained.
