  • Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and distance.

  • Orders are freshly cut & prepared before dispatch.

  • Delivery charges may apply based on location.

Refund Policy

  • Fresh food items are non-refundable.

  • Refund is only possible if:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Product spoiled/damaged at delivery

  • Valid photo/video proof required at the time of delivery.

  • Refund processing is subject to seller verification & approval.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation

  • Order can be cancelled only before cutting/preparation.

  • Once chicken is cut/processed, cancellation is not allowed.

Return

  • Fresh chicken/meat items are non-returnable.

  • Return request accepted only when:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Product spoiled upon arrival

  • Complaint must be raised within 1 hour of delivery with proof.

Exchange

  • Exchange allowed only if wrong product delivered (e.g., boneless instead of curry cut).

  • Opened, used, or tampered packets will not be accepted for exchange.
