We ship across India through reliable courier partners.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

Refund Policy
Since our products are handcrafted, refunds are only applicable for damaged or wrong items received.
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video proof.
Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery for any return or exchange request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and custom nature, scrunchies, bow clips, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged on arrival.
