  • Installation support available for inverter & UPS batteries (charges may apply).

  • Heavy batteries may have additional delivery charges depending on location.

  • Delivery time depends on product availability and distance.

Refund Policy

  • Batteries and electronic items are non-refundable once installed/used.

  • Refund is allowed only if:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Product arrives damaged

  • Valid photo/video proof required at the time of delivery.

  • Refund processing depends on seller verification & brand warranty rules.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation:

  • Order can be cancelled before dispatch or installation.

  • Once battery is installed or sealed opened, cancellation is not allowed.

Return:

  • Return accepted only for wrong model delivered or damaged at delivery.

  • Battery must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours with photo/video proof.

Exchange:

  • Exchange allowed if wrong capacity/model supplied.

  • Used/installed batteries cannot be exchanged.

  • Exchange subject to stock availability.
