Shipping Policy

  • 1. Delivery Areas

    • Local Orders: Free delivery within 3 km radius (minimum order ₹300).

    • Outstation Orders: Sent via trusted courier partners; delivery charges apply as per weight & location.

    2. Delivery Timelines

    • Honey & Food Products: Same Day / Next Day delivery (for local orders).

    • Clothing (Jhubba/Thobe):

      • Local delivery: 3–5 working days

      • Outstation delivery: 5–7 working days

    3. Packaging & Safety

    • Honey is shipped in leak-proof & secure packaging to avoid spillage.

    • Clothing items are packed in poly-cover / box to ensure safe and dust-free delivery.

    4. Order Confirmation

    • All orders are confirmed via call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

    • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

    5. Shipping Charges

    • Free delivery within 3 km for orders above ₹300.

    • Additional charges apply for longer distances & outstation courier.

    6. Tracking & Updates

    • Local Orders: Delivery boy will call before arrival.

    • Outstation Orders: Courier tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS.

    7. Customer Responsibility

    • Provide correct address & phone number for hassle-free delivery.

    • If delivery fails due to wrong address/unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

  • We follow a “No Refund Policy” once an order is accepted and dispatched.

  • Please review your order carefully before confirming.

2. Food Products (Honey)

  • Due to the perishable/consumable nature of honey, refunds are not allowed once delivered.

  • In case of damaged, leaked, or wrong item, a replacement will be provided (if reported within 2 hours of delivery with proof: photo/video).

3. Clothing (Jhubba/Thobe)

  • Refunds are not issued for clothing once delivered.

  • Only exchange/replacement is possible in case of:

    • Wrong size delivered

    • Wrong product sent

    • Manufacturing defect (to be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

4. Refund Processing (Special Cases Only)

  • If a refund is approved (rare cases like product unavailable after payment), the amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account / UPI within 7–10 working days.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Provide correct size, address, and details while placing orders.

  • Refund/exchange requests without valid reason or proof will not be accepted.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • 1. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

    • Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

    • For prepaid orders, cancellation (if approved) will be refunded within 7–10 working days.


    2. Return Policy

    • Honey / Food Products: No return accepted due to the consumable nature of the product.

    • Clothing (Jhubba/Thobe): Returns accepted only if:

      • Wrong product delivered

      • Damaged or defective product received

      • Return request raised within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).


    3. Exchange Policy

    • Honey: Not applicable.

    • Clothing: Exchange allowed in the following cases:

      • Wrong size delivered

      • Customer wants a different size (only if unused & in original condition).

    • Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

    • Courier charges for size-exchange may be borne by the customer.


    4. Important Notes

    • Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

    • No return/exchange for items used, damaged by customer, or without proof.

    • Approval of return/exchange is at the sole discretion of the shop.
