- Customers will be informed before dispatch and delivery.
Refund Policy
- Live animals and fresh meat products are non-refundable once delivered.
- Refund is only applicable if:
- Wrong goat delivered
- Wrong order processed
- Serious health issue verified before delivery
- Valid photo/video proof may be required for verification.
- Refund approval depends on seller verification and final decision.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
🔹 Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before booking confirmation or transportation.
- Once goat transportation or Qurbani process has started, cancellation is not allowed.
🔹 Return
- Live goats and fresh meat products are non-returnable after delivery.
- Customers must inspect the goat/product at the time of delivery.
🔹 Exchange
- Exchange may be allowed only if the wrong goat/order is delivered.
- Exchange requests must be raised immediately after delivery.
- Exchange is subject to availability and seller approval.
